Collaged used coffee filters on paper. 40″× 40″/ 2016

1 year of the artist’s used coffee filters cut up and rearranged into the image of a cross section of a tree with 43 rings. Some rings twist and turn and jump off and on the track of their orbit, creating paths/passages of time that are not distinctly linear or regular, as they dip and switch with other paths.
